HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE! This week was great! I absolutely love conference!! it's the best holiday in the world. I have a lot of favorite talks, in the Sat. session I liked Elder Oaks talk about making sure you're firmly rooted in the gospel and I also liked the one about hearing the music in order to dance. On the Sun. session I liked Elder Holland (of course) He's always going to be a favorite because he throws down haha and President Uchtdorf's talk. ahhh I love the apostles, they were really throwing down this time and I think it was amazing. Does anybody else notice that the second coming is coming really soon? haha crazy! we've been showing everyone we see the He lives video and I seriously can't get enough of it! It's incredible to watch it with people and feel the spirit get so strong and we're able to tie it back in to the restoration of the gospel, saying "We testify that He lives and that you can find him, we also testify that His church has been restored." Pretty powerful. We were tracting around our apartments and we met this guy. We watched the video with him and after he was almost crying and said "Thank you so much for coming here, I just barely started believing in Christ and accepting him like a couple weeks ago. You have no idea how much I needed this." IT was awesome!! So please share the video with everyone! You never know who's life you can change. We watched the Saturday afternoon session of conference with an investigator and she loved it. It was funny we taught her the word of wisdom a couple days ago because she has a problem with coffee, and she prayed about it haha and she told us before conference started that she got her answer because she drank a cup like right after she prayed and it gave her heart burn haha. She was like "Yup I was like haha very funny God." haha so she doesn't have that problem anymore. She's just on fire it's so cool to see. She accepts everything and is getting answers crazy fast, Heavenly Father definitely wants her to be a member. She's getting really excited for the 18th and me and sister Reeves are singing "I am a child of God." at it, super fun. Then for all the sessions on Sunday we went to the Barnes house, their members, they are the coolest people ever! Sis. Barnes is the primary president. We had the best Easter dinner with them! So much food haha it was awesome! so as you can see Grand Blanc is the best place ever! I love it so much! I'm grateful to be here on a mission and serving the Lord, I know this is God's church on the earth and it always will be. I'm testifying of it to everyone and it's the best thing ever. God's in every part of our lives, find him! I love you all so much and the gospel is true! have a great week! Sister Kellee Gordon
