Hey everyone! So this week was awesome, transfers are tomorrow and both me and sister Green are staying here in Farmington and Sister Fe'ao is leaving, but we're still going to be in a trio so i'll let you know who the new sister is next week. It's crazy because it doesn't feel like we've only been together for 3 weeks, it feels like we've been together forever! We have a lot of fun so today for our last P-day together we're going to lunch at a place called "Freakin Unbelievable Bergers" We saw it our first day together and we've always wanted to try it haha i'm excited. Also I just found out that my one year temple trip is Feb. 5th ahhh! It's crazy, I'll officially have been out for one whole year on the 12th, ewww! time is disgusting, I want to be a missionary forever haha but I had a dream last night that I was going home tomorrow and I woke up freaking out haha i'm glad it wasn't real, I still got 6 months i'm good. We've also been tracting and contacting a whole lot this week haha. We're trying to make it fun by playing games, like tracting by color, where you pray about a color and knock or talk to everyone or every house with that color, awesome for listening to the spirit. We've also tried singing to people at doors haha, We went tracting one day and sang primary songs to people, it was so much fun! People loved it! Now that next thing is to get them to meet with us haha. We had a really cool thing happen though so we picked a street to go tracting and it was a pretty long street, and we walked all the way down it and seriously not one person was interested. So we get to the very end and it was like the second to last house we knocked and a guy answered and he saw our nametags and he was like "It's ok, I'm all set." We were like alright we gave him a card and his wife looked out and smiled, he closed the door and we knocked the last house and no one answered. So we were walking back down the street to go to our car when the wife came out again and she said "Girls, can I ask you something?" as she starts walking toward us, we thought she was going to yell at us because the sign at the beginning of the street said no soliciting in the neighborhood but she comes to us and is like "Do you guys have dinner appointments tonight?" We seriously just stared at her haha we were like what? she told us that she was raised in the church but didn't practice anymore and she knew all about missionaries and everything haha. We told her that someone in the ward was already feeding us that night but she invited us in for hot chocolate. she said her husband didn't recognize the name on our tags, all he knew was Mormon haha so we talked to their family for a while and built a snowman in their backyard with the kids haha, it was sister Green's very first time building a snowman, it was so much fun! We were also able to show them a Mormon message and they invited us back this week, crazy how Heavenly Father works! We've found a lot of new investigators so this week we're excited to see what will happen! We also were able to go to the temple on Thursday and that was really awesome! We each fasted for one of our investigators to see what we needed to teach them next and it was a really cool experience being in the temple surrounded by the spirit. We definitely got our answers and it was just awesome! Well that's really all I have this week, not much has happened but we're working really hard and i'm super glad to be serving here in Farmington. There's going to be some big miracles this next transfer, I can just feel it! Well I hope you all have an amazing week, I love you all and the gospel's true! Sister Gordon
